Mr. Dan Kaplan is a partner at Ady Kaplan & Co. and specializes in mergers and acquisitions, securities law, high-tech law and commercial law.
Mr Kaplan has a diversified legal experience and serves as the legal advisor for various corporations, some of which are the largest in their field, including high-tech companies, TASE traded companies, industrial companies and financial institutions.
Over the past two decades, Mr Kaplan has advised the firm’s clients in a variety of complex large scale transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, international and local joint ventures, financial restructuring, due diligences, public offerings and re-organizations.
