Ady Kaplan & Co. has garnered rich experience in advising clients in connection with Israeli competition laws. The firm is particularly experienced advising on competition law matters in connection with a wide spectrum of commercial transactions and commercial litigation.

The firm advises its clients on an on-going basis in connection with various competition related matters, including advising on competition in connection with mergers, restrictive arrangements, monopolies and undertakings subject to competition laws. Ady Kaplan & Co. advises on many complex merger transactions, some of them involving leading entities in the Israeli economy and that require the prior approval of the Supervisor of the Israeli Competition Authority (formerly the Supervisory of the Israeli Anti-Trust Authority).

Similarly, Ady Kaplan & Co. advises clients on issues concerning the Promoting of Competition in the Food Industry Law which was passed a few years ago.

Ady Kaplan & Co.’s activity in competition law involves a wide range of subject matter including:

  • Advising clients on matters of legislation in connection with competition laws.
  • Formalizing agreements and transactions so that they meet the requirements of the competition law and obtaining required approvals from the Competition Authority.
