Ahinoam Seligmann’s expertise is focused on agricultural cooperative societies of many kinds, including cooperative societies set up for commercial purposes, water management, credit societies, communal purposes and many more. Ahinoam has a deep knowledge and understanding of agricultural cooperative societies, which is borne from almost 20 years’ experience in advising these entities on a full range of matters.
Ahinoam also advises many of Israel’s kibbutzim and similar communities like moshavim on a wide range of issues, including internal governance matters and advising on commercial transactions.
Ahinoam also has extensive experience in advising on corporate and commercial law matters and serving commercial clients on an on-going basis in connection with joint ventures, manufacturing, sale and supply agreements, distribution and agency agreements and a full range of other local and international commercial transactions, investment agreements, real estate transactions, financing arrangements with banks and pension arrangements.
