Mr. Kaplan has decades-long experience of practicing litigation and commercial law transactions, part of which through his practice at a leading New-York law firm.
Mr. Kaplan specializes in the fields of infrastructures and energy (contracts for complex projects in Israel and abroad, including the establishment of domestic and international chemical industrial plants, as well as a Chinese fertilizer plant, power plants, bridges, photo-voltaic solar systems, etc.), complex commercial litigation (including intellectual property rights and litigation for industrial and computerization ventures, defence against class actions, representation of corporations and individuals in corporate ownership and control disputes and in administrative disputes before the Israeli High Court of Justice and the Administrative Courts), commercial infrastructures and energy transactions (including the purchase of natural gas and fuels), financing and banking support for large-scale domestic and international projects and computerization transactions for organizations and industrial plants. Mr. Kaplan represents some of Israel’s leading corporations in these areas.
