Shlomit provides comprehensive legal support to the firm’s clientele in commercial transactions, through all instances, from negotiation to the drafting of agreements. Shlomit has vast experience in drafting various commercial contracts (management agreements, different services agreements, counseling agreements, financing agreements, joint venture agreements and more).
In adittion, Shlomit has expertise in advising public companies in relation to their ongoing business activities, including filing reports to the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange.
Shlomit interned at Ady Kaplan & Co. and joined the firm as an associate in 2004.
