Galit Kupershmidt focuses her practice on employment law in which she has vast experience and deep knowledge.
Galit advises both employers, employees, employee committees and trade unions on a wide range of issues relating to Israeli employment law and employment relations in both the private and public sectors in Israel.
Galit’s work encompasses, amongst other things, drafting, advising and negotiating employment agreements (both individual agreements and collective employment agreements), termination agreements, advising on dismissals, representing clients in employment tribunals and mediations, reviewing and advising on company compliance with employment related matters in due diligence for investments, mergers and acquisitions.
Galit also has specialist expertise in advising employees on their rights to medical aid and compensation following illnesses and work-related injuries, including advising them on obtaining rights from the National Insurance Institute, medical committees of the State and pension funds.
